"Bamboo Whispers" : Silvanna Shen

Bamboo Whispers,' a wearable art exhibition by Silvanna Shen, showcases a narrative of resilience and harmony with nature amidst the urban rush. Silvanna, a School of Visual Arts and Parsons School of Design alumna, combines her graphic design background and rich artistic heritage to create her brand, SILVANNASHEN. The exhibition's title draws from the bamboo's symbolism in Chinese culture, representing strength and flexibility, paralleling the growth of emerging talents. Silvanna's designs merge Chinese construction techniques with sustainable materials and minimalist aesthetics.
